The Castaniù Family is much more than just a group of restaurants. It’s a gastronomic adventure where each restaurant welcomes you like home. Since opening their first brasserie in the heart of Paris, Sylvain and Joseph have turned their passion for good food and shared moments into a true art of living. Today, their establishments – Poni, Cavale, Josy, and FanFan – invite you to discover unique atmospheres, gourmet dishes, and unforgettable moments of conviviality.
