Signature dishes of the brasserie

Beef Tartare
Seasoned with black olive, sun-dried tomato, and parmesan. Served with “Grandma-style” potato salad: Charlotte potatoes, radish, baby gem, shallots, crispy onions, and chives.

Cod Fillet
Tom Yum-style (citrusy and spicy broth), black curry powder, basmati rice, shiitake, pak choi, baby corn, wakame, green peas, combava, and fresh coriander.

Deviled Egg
Coated in herb breadcrumbs, served with satay mayo, radish, spring onion, and dried flower petals.

BABA
Mango confit with Sichuan pepper, rum & passion fruit syrup, yuzu gel, pistachio, and vanilla mascarpone whipped cream.
